[VIDEO] Devils Rangers Opening Faceoff

It is no surprise that the Devils and Rangers hate each other.

And on March 19, 2012, they proved it from the opening faceoff.

New Jersey was the visiting team.  The teams had already fought early and often in two earlier games.  This night, it started early with the coaches.

The Devils sent out their fighters for the opening faceoff.  The Rangers countered with some of their own.

And after the puck dropped, it took 3 seconds before everything fell apart.

The results?

6 fmajors and 1 misconduct.

Oh, and Ryan Carter gets seriously messed up.
