Bettman to Testify on Concussion Lawsuit
Gary Bettman has been ordered by a judge to testify in a concussion lawsuit filed by 60 former players.
We’ve already seen the effects of concussions on players in other sports. And I hope we don’t have to see anyone suffer the way that Junior Seau did at the end of his life.
I have to err on the side of player safety. But I hope we can balance that need for safety with preservation of the game.
TSN’s Rick Westhead broke the story earlier today. Take a look at the information that he shared via twitter. Some interesting accusations.
